Timnarius Q. Hamilton, a 20-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot on December 28, 2013, in what was later determined to be a homicide. Hamilton was found in the early morning hours suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Bessemer Avenue, near an apartment complex in Montgomery. Police responded to reports of gunfire and arrived at the scene to find Hamilton critically injured.
