On August 19, 2023, at approximately 10:55 p.m., Montgomery police and fire medics responded to reports of a shooting in the 2500 block of Locust Street, near Ann Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 45-year-old Dario Juarez suffering from a fatal gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Following an investigation, authorities identified 34-year-old Irvin Messino as a suspect in Juarez's death. Messino was arrested in October 2023 in Calhoun County on unrelated charges. Sub ...Read More
