On September 20, 2017, at approximately 6:01 a.m., officers from the Mobile Police Department's Third Precinct responded to a report of a person down at 104 North Ann Street in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of 40-year-old Lakedrick Lucy, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
