On a late summer evening in Washington, D.C., Michael O'Bryon Harris was shot and killed in the 900 block of Hamilton Street, NW. The incident occurred on Monday, August 31, 2009, at approximately 6:26 p.m. To date, the case remains an open and unsolved homicide.
