In the Woodlawn neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, a tragic story unfolded on Thursday, November 16, 2017, ending the life of 17-year-old Pervis Andre Polk. He was a male resident of the city. The incident, which also claimed the life of 51-year-old Jocklyn Manley, took place in the 5300 block of First Avenue North.
