David Charles Dodge, a 55-year-old man from Frederic, Wisconsin, was last seen on April 2, 1983. Dodge, who suffered from severe rheumatoid arthritis, had his right knee surgically fused, causing him to walk with a limp. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran, having served from 1946 to 1948.
