David Wobig, a 49-year-old man from Baldwin, Wisconsin, was last seen on February 2, 2012. He was going through a difficult period in his life, including a divorce and the foreclosure of his home. On the day of his disappearance, Wobig had been drinking heavily and expressed thoughts of either leaving the area or harming himself. He left behind his car, wallet, and other personal belongings but took some clothing and a toothbrush, suggesting that he may have been planning to go somewhere.
