death, Timothy was heading to the Highland Terrace Apartments to meet up with some people he had been texting. Unfortunately, he was ambushed and shot multiple times upon arrival. The investigation revealed that a light-colored Astro van was seen quickly fleeing the scene, and surveillance video of the vehicle was released in hopes of identifying the suspect. Despite the evidence collected, detectives have yet to solve the case and are urging witnesses to come forward.
Timothy's family has been vocal about their quest for justice. His mother, Sandra Allen, expressed her desire for answers and justice for her son. His wife, Erin Phillips Allen, described the murder as a cowardly act and emphasized that Timothy did not deserve to die.
