Timothy Allen, Jr., a 34-year-old man from Warren, Ohio, was tragically murdered on January 27, 2020. Timothy was a loving father of four, a dedicated husband, and an active brother and son. He was known for his athletic and artistic talents, as well as his self-made handyman skills, earning him the nickname "Toolman Tim". Timothy was also involved in coaching soccer for his children and cherished moments like dancing with his daughter at the father-daughter dance.
