Scott E. Rockenfelder Jr., a 28-year-old man from Warren, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 26, 2017, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital's emergency room. Born on June 10, 1989, Scott was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and worked as a self-employed laborer.
