Eric J. Shannon, a 36-year-old resident of Warren, Ohio, tragically lost his life on Sunday, September 24, 2023, in what has been described as a senseless act of violence. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on McMyler Street NW near Parkman Road in Warren. Police responded to reports of shots fired in the 1100 block of McMyler, where they discovered Shannon on the porch of his apartment. Despite paramedics' attempts to perform CPR, Shannon was later pronounced dead.
