Dwaine L. Thomas, a 52-year-old man from Warren, Ohio, was tragically found dead on August 11, 2021, at the St. Andrews Manor apartment complex on Southern Boulevard. Police were called to the scene just after midnight following reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they discovered Thomas unresponsive at the foot of the steps to a unit in the 400 block of the street. The Trumbull County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Thomas’ body, but the results have not been publicly disclos ...
