On the evening of April 24, 2017, William Anderson, a 63-year-old male from Youngstown, Ohio, was discovered deceased in his vehicle outside the Candlelight Apartments on Harvard Drive SE in Warren. He had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The discovery was made around 10 p.m., and authorities promptly initiated a homicide investigation.
