Keith Derichard Duncan, a 44-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on November 25, 2017, in a violent incident that later became the focus of a homicide investigation. Duncan was found at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of 6th Avenue South, after police responded to a report of gunshots fired in the area.
