Nathaniel Ladell Young Jr., a 23-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on January 1, 2025, in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred near the intersection of Graymont Avenue and Center Street, where Young Jr. was one of two men found injured inside a vehicle.
