On December 21, 2017, at approximately 11:17 p.m., Mobile Police officers responded to a report of a suspicious situation in the 2100 block of Felix Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old James Rutledge and 20-year-old Kenneth Foster deceased in front of a residence, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
