In the winter of 2017, the life of 19-year-old James Rutledge was tragically cut short in Mobile, Alabama. On the night of December 21st, at approximately 11:17 p.m., Rutledge and another young man, 20-year-old Kenneth Foster, were discovered deceased in front of a residence on the 2100 block of Felix Street.
