Rodriguez Shuford, a 31-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on the night of March 30, 2018, in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred outside a residence located at 3725 27th Street North in North Birmingham. Shuford was visiting the home when the shooting took place. He sustained severe gunshot wounds and was transported to UAB Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after midnight on March 31, 2018.
