On Wednesday, court testimony revealed that a 43-year-old man was stripped, bound, and tortured before being fatally shot outside an east Birmingham residence two days before Christmas.

David Nicholas’s girlfriend also suffered being stripped, beaten, and held against her will for approximately 12 hours as she witnessed Nicholas’s murder. She was later rescued by police in the parking lot of a Walmart in Leeds.
