On January 1, 2022, at approximately 7:40 a.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to a report of a person shot at 824 Cable Car Court in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Timothy Dean Pinson unresponsive in a silver sedan, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
