In the winter of 2009, a dispute between two men in Birmingham, Alabama, tragically culminated in the death of 31-year-old Geraldo Gonzalez, a Hispanic male. On the morning of Saturday, February 7, 2009, Gonzalez was discovered deceased at a residence located at 5018 18th Court North. An investigation revealed that he had been fatally shot.
