On March 31, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Birmingham police officers responded to a report of a person shot at a residence in the 10 block of 15th Avenue West. Upon arrival, they discovered 47-year-old Ingermar Liquori Kuwait Cleggett unresponsive inside his home, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
