Tiffany Cooper, 35, a Black woman, died on June 18, 2018, after a domestic dispute turned violent inside a home in west Birmingham, Alabama. Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of 16th Place Southwest around the early evening, where they found her inside the residence suffering from a gunshot wound.
