On March 22, 2019, 33-year-old RaKetrah Lashawn "KeKe" Hatcher was fatally injured in a car accident in Birmingham, Alabama. She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Deyarpolus Rudolph. The incident occurred when Rudolph lost control of his Buick Regal and struck a power pole at approximately 3:18 a.m. Hatcher was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind five children.
