On June 22, 2018, 23-year-old Christopher "Devan" Cobb was found shot to death in his bedroom at the Four Seasons Apartments in Florence, Alabama. His family had requested a welfare check after not hearing from him for over 24 hours. Cobb's wife was out of town at the time of the incident.
