Venus Felicia Godhigh, a 38-year-old woman from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically shot and killed on December 10, 2018. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2700 block of 32nd Avenue North. Upon arrival, officers found Godhigh suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
