On January 3, 2019, at approximately 12:39 a.m., 28-year-old Carltez "Tez" Clark was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. While traveling with his girlfriend on Parkway East toward Center Point, a black male suspect in a black, mid-sized vehicle pulled alongside their car and opened fire.
