In Birmingham, Alabama, on Friday, October 11, 2024, a verbal dispute escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 20-year-old Paul Devaried Terry Jr. The male victim was at a residence in the 8200 block of 4th Avenue North when an argument broke out with another man. During the confrontation, the other individual shot Terry.
