On March 27, 2020, Bernard E. Griffin, aged 53, was fatally shot outside a motorcycle club in Huntsville, Alabama. The incident also resulted in the death of Kelcey Smith and injuries to two others. Authorities described the shooting as the culmination of escalating tensions between motorcycle clubs in the area.
