Thaddeus Maurice Stewart, a 33-year-old African American man from Huntsville, Alabama, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2025. Stewart was found in the front yard of a residence on Turf Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders transported him to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries. The Huntsville Police Department launched an investigation into the incident, with their Major Crimes Unit taking the lead.
