In the winter of 2018, the life of 17-year-old Brandon Christopher Thornton was tragically cut short in Huntsville, Alabama. A student at Grissom High School, he passed away on January 17, 2018, from what was officially described as severe head trauma.

Further investigation revealed a more violent truth: Thornton had been the victim of a shooting. On the evening of January 15, 2018, he was at his aunt's home on Marina Drive in South Huntsville when he was shot. He was rushed to the hospit ...
