On a summer morning in 2018, the quiet of a northwest Madison County neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On August 2nd, 36-year-old Cedrick Lipscomb, a Black/African American male, was found shot to death in the driveway of a home on Turtlehill Drive.
