On August 6, 2020, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Montgomery Police and Fire Medics responded to a shooting in the 2200 block of Woodley Square West. Upon arrival, they found 18-year-old Jamar Harris suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The following day, authorities arrested 19-year-old Quinterrius Norman, charging him with Harris's murder. Notably, Norman was out on bond for his alleged involvement in a 2017 shooting at Lee High School. ...Read More
