On November 23, 2024, at approximately 9:01 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a shooting at the McDonald's located at 2425 East 38th Street, near the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue on the city's near northeast side.
