On September 15, 2021, 38-year-old Brian Foxhall was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 8035 Vaughn Road in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 5:30 PM, and upon arrival, first responders found Foxhall deceased from a gunshot wound.
