In the late afternoon of September 15, 2021, the life of 38-year-old Brian Foxhall, a Black male from Montgomery, Alabama, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded around 5:30 PM in the parking lot of the Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 8035 Vaughn Road. First responders arrived at the scene to find Mr. Foxhall with a fatal gunshot wound.
