In the late evening of December 20, 2020, the life of 25-year-old Shekuria Johnson, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Selma, Alabama. Johnson was discovered in the parking lot of an apartment complex, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, her injuries proved to be fatal, and she was pronounced dead.
