Kenneth Ray Buford, a 47-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed on January 18, 2021, in a shooting that occurred in the central part of the city. Police responded to a call reporting gunfire at an apartment complex in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue West. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found Buford suffering from gunshot wounds.
