On April 29, 2021, 40-year-old Olanders Earl Spencer was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 11:10 p.m., a North Precinct officer heard multiple gunshots near the 500 block of 10th Avenue West. Responding to the scene, officers discovered two unresponsive male victims inside a vehicle, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel arrived and pronounced both individuals deceased at the scene.
