Death by Force

In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Washington, D.C., the life of George Eric Hardy was cut short by an act of violence that continues to baffle investigators. On April 17, 2012, in the 3300 block of 14th Place in Southeast D.C., the 42-year-old Black male was fatally shot. The Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch was summoned to the scene, where they found Hardy suffering from gunshot wounds.
