Christian Isaac Lopez Ramirez, 25, a Hispanic/Latino male, left home for the Petworth neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C., in the early minutes of Sunday, November 19, 2017. Just before 2 a.m., shots broke the stillness on the 1000 block of Spring Road NW. Fourth District officers arrived to find Ramirez unconscious, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
