Death by Force

On October 20, 2020, at approximately 9:17 PM, James Edward Brisbon, aged 43, was fatally shot in the 300 block of 50th Street, Northeast, Washington, DC. Officers from the Sixth District responded to reports of gunshots in the area and discovered Brisbon suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Brisbon was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was later transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
