In the early morning hours of June 20, 2016, the life of 59-year-old Wayne Jerome Dailey was tragically cut short. At approximately 2:45 a.m., Mr. Dailey, a male resident of Washington, D.C., was fatally shot in the 1600 block of Montello Avenue, Northeast.
