On March 27, 2021, Kermit Cain Jr., aged 42, was tragically killed in Washington, DC. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:11 AM, in the 1700 Block of Gales Place, Northeast. Responding to reports of gunshots, members of the Fifth District of the Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene to find Cain suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
