On the night of April 17, 2017, Jamar Hayes, aged 34, was found fatally shot near the intersection of Linn and Wade Streets in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 10:45 p.m., and when officers from Cincinnati's District 1 responded, Hayes had already succumbed to his injuries.
