Douglas Lee Palmer Jr., a 26-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2023, in a shooting incident in Norwood, a city in Hamilton County. The Norwood Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 1:00 AM at a residence on Hunter Avenue.
