Andre Marquise Denson, a 26-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 5, 2022. He was born on July 23, 1996, and his death was confirmed by the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. Denson was fatally shot in the entryway of a building on Mills Avenue in Norwood, Cincinnati, and was later pronounced dead at UC Medical Center.
Following the incident, Norwood police arrested Bryan Curry on September 13, 2022, charging him with murder.
Curry is accused of shooting Denson around 9:23 p.m. on the night of the incident. The case is currently awaiting extradition to Hamilton County, where it will go before a grand jury.
The investigation into Denson's death revealed that officers arrived at the scene to find him wounded in the entryway of the building. Despite immediate medical attention, Denson succumbed to his injuries. Curry is currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail pending further legal proceedings.
