On August 31, 2006, Sean Andre Stevens, aged 35, was found stabbed to death in an apartment building located in the 3800 block of 2nd Street, SE, Washington, D.C. The incident took place at approximately 6:25 pm, and police officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene after receiving reports of a stabbing. Despite emergency response efforts, Stevens succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
