Kelon Foster, a 22-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was tragically shot and killed on September 11, 2021, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when law enforcement officers responded to reports of gunfire in a residential neighborhood in Mobile.
