In the fading daylight of a Sunday afternoon in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the life of two-year-old Ashton Jones was tragically cut short. On March 13, 2022, young Ashton was in the front yard of a residence on 19th Street when a vehicle, described by witnesses as a white car, drove by and unleashed a hail of gunfire.
