On April 29, 2020, 18-year-old Xzavier Eatmon was fatally shot outside Winston's Mini Mart on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. during an argument between Eatmon and another individual over a personal issue. Eatmon sustained a gunshot wound and was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
