In the quiet of a November night in Huntsville, Alabama, a young life was irrevocably altered. Nine-year-old Kobe Kyrie Theard, a male, was asleep in his bed on November 5, 2022, when gunshots shattered the peace of his family's home on Mount Vernon Road. Bullets tore through the residence, two of them striking the sleeping child.
