Joseph McBride, a 39-year-old man from Huntsville, Alabama, was fatally shot on September 18, 2015, in what authorities later determined to be a tragic act of violence. McBride was discovered with gunshot wounds after a disturbance occurred at a local apartment complex. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after receiving a call about the shooting, but despite their efforts, McBride was pronounced dead from his injuries shortly afterward.
